Required Items:

• Running shoes, walking shoes(more than one pair, if possible)
• Workout clothing (shirts, shorts, etc.), be prepared for cool mornings and warm afternoons
• Jacket, sweater, rainwear
• Socks, underwear
• Toiletries, laundry bag (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
• Pajamas
• Shorts, jeans, tops
• Bathing suit
• $25 room key deposit (refundable at checkout)

Strongly recommended:

• Alarm clock (early morning runs)
• Fan (for non-air conditioned rooms)
• Money for miscellaneous items (phone calls, drinks, camp store, etc.)

Leave behind:

• Valuables
