instructors per group. Seven topics areas are suggested,
a general objective is listed with individual application
by those teaching each group. |

Active Warmup - Purpose: to preform
dynamic exercises to loosen the body up in preparation
for a workout |

marching (b) stationary - trunk twists, squats,
chest to knees, etc. |

Sprint Technique - Purpose: to develop
mechanically efficient form |

Examples of Exercies - A Skip, High Knee
Butt Kicks, Straight Leg Shuffle, Fast Leg, etc.

Hill Running - Purpose: to develop
the most mechanically efficient form to run
a hill for training and racing |

short strides, drive elbows, etc. |

Circuit Training - Purpose: to develop
total body fitness through combination of body
exercises and movement |
